No long onboarding, no strategy deck. Work starts in the first week.
Why a retainer
Senior help, without hire.
Hiring a senior designer who also ships production code takes months and a six-figure budget. A retainer gets you senior design and development this week.
A strong web development partner during a critical window for the site. He helped troubleshoot issues clearly, kept the team focused on what had changed, and supported us through tight timelines without losing quality.

How does ongoing website support work at Outredge?
A monthly retainer reserves dedicated studio time for your marketing site: new pages, landing pages, design updates, performance and accessibility work, and maintenance. The scope and monthly fee are agreed upfront, priorities are set together in Slack, and work ships through the month.
How much does an ongoing support retainer cost?
Ongoing support starts from $3K per month. The fee depends on how much design and development you expect each month and is agreed upfront with the scope, so there are no surprise invoices.
Can you support a site Outredge didn't build?
Yes. Ongoing support works for sites built by another agency, a freelancer or an in-house team. The first week includes a review of the existing build, covering structure, components and performance, alongside the first tasks in the queue.
Which platforms do you support?
Webflow, Astro and Next.js marketing sites. Webflow sites keep their visual editing for your team, and custom-coded Astro or Next.js sites are supported the same way.
Can our team still edit the site ourselves?
Yes. Your team keeps full access to the CMS and can publish content as usual. The retainer covers the work that needs design or development: new layouts, components, integrations and fixes.
Can we pause or cancel the retainer?
Yes. Retainers run month to month with no long-term contract, so you can pause during quieter periods or cancel before the next month starts.
Who works on our site?
Max Chechel, the studio's principal and a design engineer, leads every retainer and stays your main contact. When a task needs extra capacity, a trusted specialist joins, with Max responsible for delivery and quality.
