Tokenforge

Tokenforge is a German tokenization platform that helps asset managers bring real world assets onto the blockchain, fully EU compliant. The existing website no longer matched the maturity of the product or the credibility the brand needed to win enterprise trust. It under-communicated the technical offering, looked dated next to competitors, and left little room for the business to grow.

The mandate was a full overhaul: a redesign and rebuild from the ground up to sharpen positioning, raise credibility, and deliver a site that could scale with the company. Outredge led the project on the Webflow side, with involvement spanning early planning through final deployment, in close collaboration with the client, a UI designer, and a motion designer.

Discovery came first: direct collaboration with the client to define business goals, audience, and technical requirements, producing the new site structure and the initial wireframes that anchored every later decision to business outcomes rather than aesthetics alone.

Creative direction was shaped throughout the project, from the earliest strategic conversations to final design reviews. Beyond curating and reviewing the UI design, Outredge defined the visual language and brand expression, so every decision served Tokenforge's objectives and carried the right tone for a financial-grade product aimed at asset managers and institutional partners.

The full site was built in Webflow, translating designs into responsive, high-performance pages with a clean structure and reusable components the client's team can maintain and extend independently.

Micro-animations and interactions were implemented with custom code and GSAP for polish without a performance cost. Running several Lottie animations on a single page without degrading speed was a specific challenge, solved by taking full control of playback so animations run only when needed and the page stays fast.

Animation direction was guided end to end, from illustration prep through final integration. Illustrations were structured and layered in collaboration with the UI designer, then refined with the motion designer in production so every motion choice was purposeful and optimized for performance across devices and browsers.

Tokenforge launched with a modern, fast, credibility-first website that matches the product behind it. The site communicates the technical offering clearly, holds its own against EU competitors, and gives the team a scalable foundation for future growth. The animated illustrations carry the homepage and make a complex product easy to understand at a glance.
